Securitas ve Sensormatic A.Ş. Güç Birliğine Giriyor

Türkiye’de ve dünyada güvenlik sektörünün liderliğini üstlenen Securitas, elektronik güvenlik çözümlerinde bölgenin lideri Sensormatic Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş.’nin kurucusu İsmail Uzelli ile ortak bir şirket kuruyor. Böylece Securitas güvenlik sektöründe tek ve lider hizmet noktası olma vizyonuna yönelik önemli bir adım atmış oluyor.

Elektronik güvenlik sektörünün deneyimli ismi İsmail Uzelli’nin sahip olduğu Sensormatic Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş., Bosell, UGM ve Y3K adlı şirketler bundan böyle yeni kurulacak bu ortak şirket çatısı altında faaliyetlerine devam edecektir. Kurulacak yeni şirketin %51’i Securitas’a ait olacaktır.

Bu yeni oluşum ile ortaklar, güvenlik sektöründe pazarın talep ettiği çeşitlilik ve kalite anlayışına  ‘tek ve lider hizmet noktası olmak’ vizyonuyla yanıt vermek ve sektörün büyümesinde itici güç olmayı hedeflemektedir.

Securitas and Sensormatic Turkey are Joining Strengths

Securitas, the leader in security industry both in Turkey and international markets and the leading electronic security solution provider Sensormatic Security Services Turkey’s founder Mr. Ismail Uzelli, are establishing a new company together. Thence Securitas is heading towards the vision of being the sole and leader service provider in security industry.

The companies Sensormatic Security Services Turkey, Bosell, UGM and Y3K which are all owned by the veteran of electronic security industry Mr. Ismail Uzelli will continue their existance under this newly established company in which Securitas will have the 51% of the shares.

With this new organization the partners are targeting to answer the diversified needs and demands of the market by being “the sole and leading service provider” and aiming to be the driving force of the market growth.
